Characterized by a sober balance between contemporary materials and traditional references, the structure elegantly uses metal profiles and wooden slats to scan the façade, creating a refined interplay of solids and voids.The slender, minimalist metal profiles alternate with horizontal wooden slats, which lend warmth and dynamism to the elevation. This dialogue between cold and warm elements establishes a visual continuity with the surrounding natural environment without being invasive. The stone cladding of the side façade also recalls the geological origin of the site, offering a subtle homage to the quarry that once dominated this landscape.The complex is developed on two levels, characterized by simple and rational lines, with the integration of volumes and terraces that allow for a fluid relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. The large glass surfaces and private spaces circumscribed by metal fences create a balance between privacy and openness, giving each housing unit an intimate but not isolated dimension.The intervention thus fits respectfully into a changing natural context, representing an example of residential architecture that enhances urban regeneration without sacrificing aesthetic and functional quality.
</oembed>
